Payment/Cancellation/Scheduling & Other Policies

SCHEDULING 

Appointments are required as we sometimes book 2-3 weeks in advance for our most popular services, time slots and during peak times.  If you require an evening or Saturday appointment, it's best to request your appointment as soon as possible.  There is some flexibility in scheduling and I am happy to work with you for the most convenient appointment time to meet your needs.


PURCHASING A PACKAGE OF SIX TREATMENTS

Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase or remaining sessions are forfeited with no refund.  When you purchase a package of time with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you.  That affects how many clients I can take on.  For that reason, I don't offer refunds.  If you want to be sure the service is right for you, a free consultation is offered, and/or I suggest booking a single session to start.  If you decide you do want a package, I will apply the single session toward the total package price.


CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME
An email confirmation two days prior to your appointment is automatically sent to you.
Please furnish your email address when making an appointment or leaving a message.

At times things come up and some situations are occasionally out of our control.  In an effort to be fair each situation will be evaluated.  However, please keep in mind our policies. 
 
To avoid a $25 missed appointment service fee, please kindly give 48 hours notice for any changes to your appointment.

To cancel or to reschedule please call the office number 860-644-0888, or send us an email.  Your cooperation ensures that the appointment may be offered to another "Pretty Face" from our wait list.

Please know that we certainly appreciate your business, however the missed appointment time was reserved especially for you. The $25 missed appointment service fee may be added on to your next service. 
 
No call/no shows are still responsible for the full value of their missed appointment and may also be required to prepay for the rescheduled appointment.  Clients that have prepaid for a series of treatments or have a gift certificate may forfeit the missed appointment.  
 
Late arrivals may have their appointment time adjusted to equal the amount of time.  This is a courtesy to the next client.  Full payment is still required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP CLIENTS
In addition to above policies,  please also note that due to the large block of time that is reserved for permanent makeup the $25 consult fee is non-refundable.   Kindly, give 48 hours for any changes to your appointment.  This also includes touch up clients.

Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover

Returned check fee:  $25 plus any additional bank fees incurred.
Services and products subject to CT sales tax.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Are redeemable for skin care services and cannot be redeemed for cash.  Only one per appointment can be accepted and cannot be used with other offers or during a special.  No call, no shows may forfeit use of the gift certificate.
